Member Referral Program

The strength of any association is equivalent to the strength of its members. CALSAGA has some of the best companies in the private security industry as members. We are very proud of our association but we can make it better.

We all know that more members means greater clout, more programs and increased networking opportunities. That’s why we are pleased to announce CALSAGA’s new “Refer.Receive” Membership Referral Program.  Who do you know within our industry who would benefit as you do from membership in CALSAGA? Who do you know who could benefit from regular reports on regulatory and legislative issues? Who do you know who may benefit from a feeling of belonging within the industry and welcome the opportunity to network with peers regarding industry issues? • Utilize your Contact lists — Look through your Outlook Contacts, iPhone or even Roladex. Chances are, you know of plenty of companies that could benefit from involvement with CALSAGA.
• Maximize your Involvement — Are you involved in a group or organization that would allow the CALSAGA Speakers Bureau to make a presentation at an event or meeting? Please contact Danielle Vaticano to discuss opportunities.
• Set a Goal — Start with an obtainable goal, such as referring one company. When they join, you are automatically entered to win a $250 American Express gift card! And with every new member you refer, you’ll increase your chances of winning!

• Give Your Stamp of Approval — Include the “CALSAGA Member” graphic on your website, marketing brochures and in your email signature.

The real reward is a stronger association but CALSAGA wants to offer a chance to win some great prizes for each new paid CALSAGA membership which you refer.

• All referrals for companies that join will go into a drawing for a $250 American Express gift card
• The more referrals you make, the more chance you have to win!
• The winner will be drawn at the 2011 CALSAGA Annual Conference at the Parc 55 in San Francisco.
• Refer two companies that join and receive a $50 discount off a single admission to the 2011 Annual Conference
• Refer three companies that join and receive an $85 discount off a single admission to the 2011 Annual Conference
• Refer four companies that join and receive a $125 discount off a single admission to the 2011 Annual Conference

No matter which prizes you receive your participation in the “Refer. Receive” Program is crucial. By spreading the word about CALSAGA, you help accomplish the purpose of the association:

• Improving the public perception of security
• Raising the overall quality of security services
• Elevating industry standards
• Being an advocate for industry interests with the State Legislature
• Representing Industry Issues with the Department of Consumer Affairs and BSIS

Rules

• We always welcome your referrals but to be eligible for the current prizes, the company that you refer must join between July 25, 2011 and September 30, 2011
• Only referrals of licensed Private Patrol Operators, licensed Proprietary Security Employers or licensed Private Security Training Facilities that join CALSAGA are eligible for rewards
• Credit for referrals will only be given to CALSAGA members in good financial standing
• Referrals of companies that joined before July 1, 2011 are not eligible for rewards
• Members need not be present at the Annual Conference to win the drawing for the American Express gift card
