Upcoming seminar on how the legislative process works

Ever wonder how a bill really becomes law?  It’s not always what you learned in school.  We invite you to attend a special seminar on how the legislative process works, how CALSAGA represents you in the Capitol and how your involvement can help strengthen the voice of the private security industry with the Legislature on Wednesday, March 18 at the Pasadena Hilton.

Confirmed speakers include CALSAGA lobbyist Kelly Jensen from Sloat, Higgins and Jensen and Association Manager Jeff Flint.  CALSAGA has also invited the new Deputy Chief of BSIS, Connie Trujillo to address attendees on the challenges facing the Bureau – budget cuts, legislative/regulatory priorities and outreach/enforcement efforts.
