What a busy 2008 so far!  We’ve sponsored new legislation, conducted successful meal and rest break seminars and our second annual membership directory is currently being printed.  We anticipate the directory reaching your mail box by the end of the month.  We think you'll find it was worth the wait.

At the March Board of Directors meeting, the Board decided to honor Senator Abel Maldonado as our 2007 Legislator of the Year.  Senator Maldonado has consistently been a leader in our industry.  CALSAGA staff is busy putting together an event that will honor him, and we’ll definitely send you that information once we have finalized our plans. 

In the interim, we can all be proud that we have such an outstanding legislator who understands and values our industry.
