CALSAGA to honor Senator Abel Maldonado as our 2007 Legislator of the Year

On Wednesday, July 16, CALSAGA will recognize State Senator Abel Maldonado as our 2007 Legislator of the Year for his demonstrated leadership on issues of importance to the security industry.  As many of you know, Senator Maldonado has been a champion for CALSAGA, authoring key pieces of legislation that have significantly increased standards and the overall professionalism of our industry.

We couldn’t think of a better, more deserving person to receive the first annual award then Senator Maldonado.  This will be the first time our association recognizes a Legislator of the Year.  We hope this is the first of many awards given to a legislator each year who demonstrates unparalleled leadership to our industry.
