This year’s conference, “Crossing the Bridge to a New Security Profession” will build upon our recent success in the legislative arena, as well as our success in building membership and CALSAGA brand recognition and focus on the next steps needed to take control of the future of our industry and Association. Program elements are still coming together, but we have already assembled an all-star lineup of speakers to address the issues that are important to you, including Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet, Mike Prosio who is Governor Schwarzenegger’s Chief Deputy Legislative Secretary and BSIS Chief Paul Johnson and Deputy Chief Rick Fong to name a few. Other invited speakers include the Sacramento Chief of Police, Albert Nájera, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Senator Abel Maldonado and the State Insurance Commissioner, Steve Poizner.
