CALSAGA welcomes new Membership Services Director

CALSAGA would like to introduce the newest member of the team, Danielle Vaticano. Ms. Vaticano will serve as the organizations Membership Services Director.

Ms. Vaticano graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in International Relations and a Minor in Italian. While at UC Davis, Ms. Vaticano was active in the Associated Students of the University of California, Davis (ASUCD), serving for two years as the Internal Director for the ASUCD Lobby Corps Program. As the Internal Director, she gained a great deal of experience interacting with Legislators and Capitol staff, working both on the policy process and lobby tactics for various pieces of California legislation.

As the former External Chair of the Davis College Republicans, Ms. Vaticano worked as a campaign intern for six Republican races throughout the state of California, including the successful campaigns of Governor Schwarenegger’s Victory ’06 and former Assemblywoman Bonnie Garcia’s race for Assembly District (AD) 80. In 2008, Ms. Vaticano also served as the Yolo County Campaign Director for the Robert Rao primary campaign for AD 15, in which she organized and implemented phone banking, precinct walking and candidate meet and greets, as well as various other campaign strategies.
