A man was sentenced Thursday to 50 years to life in prison forkilling a security guard at Mercado Latinoon Edison Highway.
Security guard Francisco Flores was gunned down when he confronted a group of men causing a disturbance in the summer of 2010. "We feel it's justified," Miriam Richards said about the sentence."It's what is right for taking the life of our loved one." She's one of Flores' sisters, the family called him "Frank."
